XL Road Guide - Chainguide

A Top guide for the newly evolving XLrg Road chainrings,

Compatible with chainrings from 56t to 68tt

We’ve developed this guide specifically to cater for the largest of Front 1x Chainrings. 

This Guide has been designed and manufactured in our factory in Woodstock, Cape Town and developed in and around the incredible roads of South Africa.

Please note that Custom colors can take up to 5 days to process and are not returnable.

Aluminium Backplate

The guide backplate is CNC machined from a block of 6082-T6 to ensure the guide is stiff yet light. We then Anodise the backplate for additional corrosion resistance and a beautiful shiny finish. Last step is to laser etch on the graphic elements before assembly.

Acetal Top Guide

The top guide cage is a CNC machined from an Acetal block.

This material is an engineering plastic that we picked due to it's high precision, high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability.
